Jocelyn Wallace currently serves as Director of Strategy and Process Improvement at Feed Energy. She heads up our Logistics and Transportation area, Mechanical Services, and Customer Experience initiatives. Jocelyn holds a master’s degree from Drake University in business leadership and organizational development.
For the first 15 years of her career, Jocelyn worked for large corporations including Gateway Computers and Principal Financial Group, where she developed her expertise in process improvement and Lean Six Sigma methods. Some of her responsibilities integrated with global offices in Singapore, London, Sydney and Tokyo.
In 2009, Jocelyn chose to leave the corporate life to pursue an entrepreneurial path as a start-up owner of a strategic planning firm. She facilitated over 200 strategic planning sessions, served 30 clients in multiple states, and co-authored two published books. Many of her clients were in the agriculture industry – one of them included Feed Energy.
Feed Energy recruited Jocelyn in 2012 as Sr. Business Advisor on a part-time basis, allowing her to continue growing her business. She was promoted to Director in 2016 and now works full-time, serving as a member of our senior leadership team.
Born in Lake City, Iowa, Jocelyn was raised near the town of Pomeroy, and enjoyed growing up in a small community. She has always been an Iowa resident and intends to keep it that way. Today, she and her husband Andy raise their two children in Van Meter. They love the Kansas City Royals and watching their kids play in sports year-round.
